We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Lead at 7Forge Group!

Hybrid | Creative | Many hats | ️ High ownership.

7Forge is a digital product studio building bold ideas across fintech, gaming, and digital communities, including Empowered2Play.

We're looking for a hands-on, creative, resourceful Digital Marketing Manager to help us shape how the world sees and engages with our products.

Here’s the vibe:

You can write copy, design a post, spin up an ad, launch a campaign, and break down the analytics, all without asking five different people for permission. You’ve got taste, you’ve got energy, and you love making things that move people.

Within 7Forge Group, You’ll be doing things like:

✅ Designing content for socials, email, and web.

✅ Running campaigns, tracking and delivering what works.

✅ Building buzz around new launches and experiments

✅ Shaping brand tone and product storytelling.

✅ Showing up creatively, consistently, and with intent.

Minimum Qualifications (What we hope you bring to the table).

We’re not hung up on traditional checkboxes, but you should probably have most of the following:

• 2+ years doing digital marketing, content creation, or growth work that actually reached people and got results
• You know your way around Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools, clean visuals, carousels, and branded assets are your thing
• You can write copy that’s short, punchy, and on-brand.
• You’ve run at least a few paid or organic campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok
• You understand basic marketing metrics (CTR, ROI, CAC, engagement — the good stuff)
• You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and figuring things out as you go (we don't know it all).
• You’re not afraid of spreadsheets, dashboards, or experimenting with messaging
• You collaborate well with designers, developers, and maybe even memes
• You have a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in marketing, communications, digital media or adjacent.
  

This role is flexible but is only available in Nigeria. It is perfect for someone who wants to build and grow with a product-minded team.

Bonus if you've worked with a startup, a creator brand, or helped something go from idea traction.
