About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketer & Social Media Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and results-driven environment. This role is central to our growth strategy, focusing on developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and producing engaging video content.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in digital/performance marketing, video editing, ad management, analytics, and SEO, while also demonstrating leadership in cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for strengthening our brand presence, driving lead generation, and ensuring consistent engagement across all digital and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising
- Design and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns to increase conversions, traffic, and ROI.
- Conduct performance analysis and reporting using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
Video Editing & Creative Content
- Edit, design, and produce engaging video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and advertising initiatives.
- Use industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, etc.) to produce high-quality content.
- Collaborate with the team to create storyboards, campaign visuals, and promotional media assets.
Social Media Management
- Manage, grow, and oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X).
- Build monthly content calendars and create multimedia content that drives engagement.
- Develop and execute social media ad campaigns while monitoring performance.
- Manage community engagement, respond to inquiries, and foster brand loyalty through active presence.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align digital campaigns with broader business goals.
- Stay current on digital trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to maximize brand performance.
- Support the company’s mission and values while contributing innovative ideas for growth.
Candidate Must Have
- 4–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing/performance marketing in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and project delivery.
- A portfolio showcasing successful digital media campaigns and measurable results.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and email marketing tools.
- Expertise in Analytics, Reporting, and SEO with a proven track record of data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written, oral, and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: ₦135,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
