Job Summary

A Field Executive is responsible for executing sales, distribution, and marketing strategies in a specific geographical area or territory. This role is often the frontline position that bridges the gap between the company and retailers/distributors/customers.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Visit assigned outlets daily to sell and promote products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers/customers.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and good shelf display.
  • Take customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Open new sales outlets and grow market coverage.
  • Track and report sales activities, competitor moves, and market trends.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/NCE (HND/B.Sc. is an advantage).
  • 1–3 years’ sales or field experience in FMCG preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be target-driven and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of using a smartphone/app for reporting.
  • Must reside in or be familiar with the sales territory
