Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of the vacation ownership model.
- Respond to client inquiries and handle objections with professionalism and confidence.
- Attend all required training, meetings, and role-play sessions.
Closing Sales
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals in line with company policies.
- Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation and contracts.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Client Engagement and Retention
- Establish rapport with potential clients and maintain relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
- Address customer concerns in coordination with Member Services.
Team Collaboration and Strategy Support
- Work closely with Telemarketing, Lead Conversion, and Deck teams to optimize appointment scheduling and lead quality.
- Provide feedback on lead trends and customer behavior to the Deck Manager.
