What You'll Do
As a Field Sales Agent, you’ll be the face of Veend on the ground—connecting with potential customers, merchants, and businesses, driving adoption of our lending solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote Veend’s BNPL and lending products in assigned territories
- Identify and onboard new customers and merchants to the platform
- Conduct field visits to engage customers, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and repayment processes
- Meet assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Collect customer feedback and market insights for continuous improvement
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance during onboarding
What You Need
- OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
- 1+ year experience in field sales, agency banking, or FMCG/FinTech is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable with outdoor sales
- Must own a smartphone and be willing to use it for work
- Familiarity with your assigned territory (language, culture, local dynamics)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦40,000.00 - ₦50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ikeja: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Undergraduate (Preferred)
