Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyse tickets, chats, and customer interactions to identify trends and recurring issues.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer service performance metrics.
- Work with internal teams to implement solutions for recurring problems. Support the training and development of customer service staff.
Requirements :
- Experience in data analysis and customer service KPIs.
- Familiarity with help desk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
