Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Guide new customers, ensuring smooth adoption and usage of our services.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
- Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
- Handle escalations, working closely with the sales and product team to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and updates in CRM tools. Track customer success metrics (e.g., NPS, retention, and churn).
Requirements:
- HND in any field of study
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
