Role Summary
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Your presence sets the tone for our brand experience — warm, professional, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and welcome clients/visitors
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and walk-ins
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office
- Assist with basic administrative support
- Schedule meetings and maintain appointment logs
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in a front desk or administrative role
- Polished appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong emotional intelligence and customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace
- Lives within or around Abraham Adesanya for ease of commute
