Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Lead client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition into Biztraction’s ecosystem of solutions.
- Design and execute structured client engagement plans, including regular check-ins and review meetings, to assess progress and deliver actionable insights.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve challenges with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Translate client feedback and performance data into strategic recommendations that enhance service delivery.
- Drive key success metrics including client retention, satisfaction, and business impact realization.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management or related discipline.
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer support roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships
- Familiarity with CRM, productivity, and collaboration tools. (Training would also be provided)
