Job Brief
- As a Customer Representative, you are responsible for managing customer queries and complaints.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant field.
- Minium of 1year of experience as a customer representative or any related role.
- Expert in handling social media and not camera shy.
Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
