Job Summary
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing business-to-business (B2B) sales opportunities. This role involves building strong client relationships, leading corporate sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets through effective sales planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed corporate sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential corporate clients.
Manage and grow existing corporate accounts to maximize revenue.
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals with high-value clients.
Conduct regular market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and client needs.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns tailored to corporate clients.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.
Lead, mentor, and support the corporate sales team to meet individual and team KPIs.
Represent the company at corporate events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in B2B/corporate sales, preferably in similar industry.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
