SALARY : NGN 200,000 - 300,000 excluding commissions
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Lagos, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies. The Sales Manager will also ensure customer satisfaction and work to grow the company's market presence.

- Sales, Marketing and Business Development skills
- Ability to generate and close leads
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Market Research and Analytical skills
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
