Responsibilities:

• Planning, creating, and optimising video content that supports the company’s marketing objectives.
Scripting, shooting, and editing videos for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads.

Requirements:

• B.Sc/HND in a related field
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut
• Knowledge of motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects
• Experience with video production equipment (cameras, lighting, sound)
• Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and optimisation for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Understanding of SEO for video (e.g., metadata, thumbnails, captions)
• Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals and trends
• Ability to align video content with marketing goals and KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention)
• Experience creating content for ads (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok
• Understanding of customer journey and how video fits into content strategy
• Basic knowledge of performance analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Studio)
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to create emotionally engaging content
• Creative direction and scripting ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration
Ability to work with designers, copywriters, and marketers
