Job Description/Requirements
Job Title: Head of Content Marketing (Content Marketer)
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Salary: N250,000
Transportation allowance: N50,000
Work Mode: Onsite (hybrid option available)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of content, including blogs post, social media, videos, infographics, and case studies, ensuring brand alignment.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, writer and designers to produce high-quality content.
- Optimize content for SEO and track performance metrics to refine strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with marketing, Sales and design teams to align content with product launches and campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and audience behavior to create fresh, relevant, and engaging content.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Proven marketing experience, preferably in the Forex or prop firm industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platform and digital Marketing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative, innovative and Data driven decision maker
