Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of local and intercontinental dishes
- Plan weekly meal schedules based on employer’s preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Ensure proper storage of food supplies and ingredients
- Monitor kitchen inventory and restock as needed
Maintain kitchen equipment in good working condition
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a professional Chef
- Ability to prepare diverse local and some intercontinental cuisines.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Trustworthy, responsible, and well-mannered
