Job Title: Territory Sales Executive – Sanitary Wares(Bath tubs, Sinks, etc)/Ceramics
Location: Lagos
Monthly Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000
Job Summary:
We are hiring for our client, a Territory Sales Executive to drive sales and grow market share for sanitary wares and similar products. The ideal candidate must have proven field sales and client acquisition experience, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and consistently meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain a database of clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for sanitary wares.
- Conduct product presentations and close sales with clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Work with the sales team to execute strategies that increase market penetration.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in field sales and client acquisition.
- Prior experience in selling sanitary wares like Wash basins, WC, Bath tub, etc is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong knowledge of Lagos routes.
