Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and secure high-value business opportunities across Nigeria and beyond.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships across diverse sectors.
- Lead expansion initiatives to drive growth in new markets and service areas.
- Represent TalkCounsel in high-stakes negotiations, industry events, and partner agreements.
- Work closely with leadership to shape quarterly growth strategies and revenue targets. Swiftly and tactfully address business crises and client escalations.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or deal advisory.
- Proven track record in real estate development, government/private contract acquisition, or infrastructure-related deals.
- Established network of business and political stakeholders is a must.
- Expertise in negotiating and closing complex contracts and partnerships.
- Deep knowledge of market dynamics, risk assessment, and strategic positioning.
- Strong crisis and change management skills are highly advantageous.
