ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Officer with vast B2B experience and the ability to sell services and not products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue objective.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Explore and penetrate new markets, industries, and customer segments.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate and industrial sectors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Identify and acquire new clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and ensure prompt execution of client’s request.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategic partnerships.
- 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Experience in B2B business development or corporate sales.
- Strategic experience in selling services.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis and client management.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
