KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching target markets,generating qualified leads, and leveraging industry insights to support strategic growth and partnership
Develop and execute business development strategies aimed at expanding market presence. Identify new customer segments and tailor outreach efforts to drive sustainable growth.
Maintain and regularly update the client and lead database to ensure accurate records of interactions, deal progress, contact information, and follow-up actions.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders by providing consistent value, anticipating needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders within the industry to enhance visibility, credibility, and potential for collaboration.
Lead negotiations with prospective clients, aligning proposals with their business needs. Finalize and close deals that meet or exceed company targets, ensuring profitability and mutual value.
Follow up on leads with precision, guiding prospects through the sales funnel and converting them into loyal, long-term customers through effective communication and tailored solutions.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING Required:
3–5 years of experience in training, management consulting, business development, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing (or any related field) Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client accounts.
Strong network and relationship capital with HR professionals.
A visible, professional social media presence, especially on LinkedIn
