- End to end Operations Management of all the VAC’s in his jurisdiction
- Delivery of all the SLA’s of the mission
- Process compliance on speed , accuracy and financial parameters
- Daily operations and business reporting
- Connect with the mission and performance review
- Ensure profitability of the VAC ops by VAS upsell
- Maintenance and upkeep of all VAC’s as per the audit compliance norms
- People management Process Improvement in conjunction with the PMO
