Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Bread Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality breads consistently, ensuring freshness, taste, and presentation that meet our standards. You should have a passion for bread making, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
Responsibilities

• Mix, knead, shape, and bake bread varieties according to recipes.
• Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, and baking processes.
• Ensure bread quality, consistency, and taste are maintained.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the bakery area.
• Assist in inventory management and request supplies as needed.
Innovate new bread recipes and improve existing ones.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bread baker or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of bread-making techniques and baking equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes while also being innovative.
• Willingness to work flexible/early morning shifts.
Attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.

Qualification

• Minimum of SSCE/OND or relevant certification in baking/catering.
Additional professional training in bread making will be an advantage.
