We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the logistics industry for a results-driven and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee all activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, driving profitability, and supporting continuous business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Affairs Management: Manage daily office supplies, documents, emails, meetings, etc. to ensure the normal operation and efficient operation of the office environment.
- Document Management: Responsible for the drafting, review, distribution and filing of company documents to ensure document security and traceability.
- Human Resources Support : Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruiting new employees, including resume screening, interview arrangements, onboarding procedures, etc.
- Training and Development: Organize and coordinate employee training activities to promote employee career development.
- Logistics support : manage the company's fixed assets, including procurement, registration, inventory and scrapping, etc.
- Safety management: responsible for the company's safety precautions, including fire safety, safety patrols, etc.
Requirement;
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 or 5 years’ work experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer operations (Microsoft Office Suite and related tools).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
