Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of HR strategies and compliance frameworks
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and benefits administration
- Assist with performance appraisals, training programs, and employee development
- Address employee concerns and promote a healthy, inclusive workplace
- Manage facilities, office supplies, vendor coordination, and workplace safety
- Assist with budget oversight and ensure cost-effective administrative operations
- Maintain HR data, documentation, and reporting for leadership review
- Mentor junior HR/admin staff and promote a collaborative team culture
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s or CIPM is a plus)
- 5–7 years of experience in HR/Admin roles, with 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity
- Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership abilities
- High integrity, attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦450,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
