Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Annotation Platform Administrator located in Lagos, with some work-from-home flexibility. The day-to-day tasks include system administration, technical support, troubleshooting, managing databases, and providing analytical insights to optimize platform performance. The role also entails coordinating with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the annotation platform.
Qualifications
- System Administration and Technical Support skills
- Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
- Experience working with Databases
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in IT, Computer Science, or related fields Experience in AI or digital transformation projects is a plus
