Job Description


  • They are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Officer to support the smooth running of our hospital’s operations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, assisting staff and patients, and ensuring effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to hospital departments
  • Manage patient files, records, and documentation accurately
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and staff rosters
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries professionally
  • Support procurement and supply management for hospital operations
  • Ensure office equipment and resources are well-maintained
  • Liaise between medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and presentations as required
  • Uphold confidentiality of patient information and hospital data

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role (experience in healthcare is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail
