Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of bridge and concrete structure projects from start to completion.
• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide technical solutions and resolve engineering issues during design and construction phases.
• Review and approve structural designs, shop drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Conduct structural analysis and ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and schedule.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in bridge and concrete structures engineering.
• Proven track record of supervising and completing at least 3 multi-span bridge projects.
• Strong expertise in design, construction, and supervision of reinforced and pre-stressed concrete bridge structures.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD Pro, MIDAS Civil, SAP2000, etc.).
• Thorough knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and modern construction methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• COREN or equivalent professional registration is highly desirable.
