Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Officer with basic accounting knowledge to support store management, bookkeeping, and inventory control for corporate gift items. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing requisitions, dispatching items, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily management of the store and corporate gift inventory.
- Handle requisition and dispatch processes for items.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of inventory.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Requirements
- NCE/OND
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
- Experience in inventory management or store operations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be proactive, smart, and able to work with minimal supervision.
