The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, oversee service coordination, ensure compliance, and contribute to team efficiency across departments.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and receipts.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and send official correspondence.
- Monitor emails, respond to inquiries, and follow up on pending issues.
- Track staff attendance, onboarding, and compliance status.
- Assist in planning and organizing team meetings. Support coordination between departments to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms), Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of discretion and professionalism.
