The Administration Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the office environment, ensuring efficient administrative operations, and providing exceptional support to employees. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Office Management:
- Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to employees and management
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and presentations
Facilities Management:
- Coordinate with facilities team to ensure office space is well-maintained
- Manage office layout, furniture, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, management, and vendors
- Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences
- Ensure effective communication and information dissemination
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
- Develop and maintain administrative procedures and policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Manage administrative budgets and expense
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
Education
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
