Job Summary
The QHSE Lead Auditor (ISO 17025) will be responsible for leading and conducting internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 standards and other applicable QHSE regulations. The role involves driving continuous improvement, maintaining accreditation requirements, and supporting the organization’s commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and conduct audits in line with ISO 17025 requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant QHSE standards, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, identify non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accreditation requirements for ISO 17025 and other relevant standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on ISO 17025 compliance and best practices.
- Monitor QHSE performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Liaise with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies as required.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental awareness within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Lead Auditor Certification in ISO 17025 (mandatory).
- Additional certifications in QHSE-related standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in auditing and QHSE management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 17025 accreditation requirements and laboratory management systems.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
