We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position Below;
Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt
Business: Oil & Gas Servicing
Salary: 120,000 - 150,000
Duties / Responsibilities
- Support statutory reporting (pension, PAYE, VAT, WHT, etc.).
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis reports.
- Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts regularly.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to streamline inventory processes and improve stock accuracy.
Requirements / Skill
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to inventory management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of taxation
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, inventory costing methods, and financial reporting standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
