Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing account activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, providing strategic solutions, preparing reports, and tracking account performance. The Account Manager will also work on expanding business opportunities, maintaining excellent communication with clients, and resolving any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management and client service skills
- Proficiency in strategic planning and account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data analysis and report preparation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
