Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Writer to support our Founder with her LinkedIn content strategy and execution. The ideal candidate should know how to craft engaging posts that communicate thought leadership, build audience trust, and drive visibility on LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and draft LinkedIn posts aligned with the Founder’s voice and brand.
- Create engaging, clear, and consistent copy tailored for a professional audience.
- Edit and proofread posts to ensure accuracy and tone alignment.
- Collaborate with the Founder to develop and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Monitor post performance and suggest improvements for engagement.
- Convert IG Live posts to written format
Requirements
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for professional/business audiences.
- Excellent command of English grammar and style.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Prior experience managing LinkedIn or similar professional social platforms is a plus.
Compensation
