Role Overview
Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager / Content Writer to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you'll take full ownership of our online presence, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through content and social storytelling.
You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing our social media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, while also writing engaging content such as blog articles, product updates, newsletters, and SEO-optimized resources as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc.)
- Create a content calendar to plan and schedule consistent, engaging, and on-brand social content
- Write high-quality blog posts, newsletters, and articles as required
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging and compelling content
- Monitor analytics, generate monthly reports, and optimize for growth and engagement
- Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and aligned with digital marketing best practices
Requirements
- B. Sc. / HND in any related field
- 1 - 3 years experience in social media management and content writing
- Previous experience working with a SaaS or B2B product is required
- Strong command of written English and storytelling for digital platforms
- Demonstrated ability to write SEO-optimized articles is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines consistently
