Web Design & UX:
- Create modern, responsive designs that align with brand identity and UX best practices
- Translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect Webflow builds
- Own visual storytelling across landing pages, marketing sites, and CMS-driven layouts
- Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to support content strategy and conversion goals
- Build and maintain scalable Webflow websites and landing pages
- Leverage Webflow CMS, interactions, and components to enhance interactivity and performance
- Optimize for SEO, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility
- Maintain and iterate on existing Webflow projects, implementing updates and improvements
- 2–4+ years of experience in Webflow development and design
- Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern Webflow builds (marketing sites, SaaS, DTC, or startup preferred)
- Proficient in Webflow CMS, Figma, HTML/CSS, and light animations/interactions
- Clear understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive layout, and accessibility
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong aesthetic eye
- Bonus: Familiar with conversion-focused design, A/B testing tools, or basic analytics integration
- Bonus: Experience with SEO best practices, Webflow site migrations, or CMS structuring for content teams
