Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads via website outreach, email campaigns, partnerships, and appropriate digital channels.
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities—including online demos, presentations, and follow-ups—to convert leads into clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align strategies, optimize funnels, and deliver effective messaging.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking and update CRM platforms consistently.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance data to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure excellent customer experience through timely communications, onboarding support, and post-sales follow-up. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decisions and positioning.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in web-based, digital, or online sales (B2B or B2C).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting via email, video, or in person.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales technologies; experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Results-oriented, with strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-minded, comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline preferred.
