Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced WooCommerce Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress and WooCommerce core functionalities, as well as experience with custom theme and plugin development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WooCommerce stores, including themes, plugins, and custom functionalities.
- Implement new features and functionalities to enhance the user experience and meet business requirements.
- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of WooCommerce websites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WooCommerce, WordPress, and underlying server configurations.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to deliver integrated e-commerce solutions.
- Optimize website performance for speed and SEO.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WooCommerce and WordPress trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a WooCommerce Developer with a strong portfolio of live projects.
- In-depth knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce architecture, hooks, and filters.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex WordPress/WooCommerce issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
