Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Web Developer to lead and manage the development of our e-commerce and internal wellness tech platforms. You role is building, maintaining, and optimizing our digital ecosystem—ranging from HaleXpress (our health commerce platform) to CRM systems, customer dashboards and API integrations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications (front-end + back-end) for platforms like HaleXpress
- Design, build, and manage scalable e-commerce systems with vendor and customer dashboards
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, performance optimization, and security of all platforms
- Integrate third-party tools such as payment gateways, logistics APIs, CRM, analytics, and affiliate systems
- Build internal tools for sales tracking, inventory management, and customer support
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing platforms and workflows
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, marketers, and customer success teams
- Document development processes, system architecture, and deployment practices Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, hosting, and deployment (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, etc.)
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Vue.js)
- Solid back-end development using Node.js, Express, PHP, Laravel, or Python (Django/Flask)
- Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Proficiency in RESTful API development and third-party integrations
- Knowledge of Git, version control, and agile workflows
- Experience with e-commerce and multi-vendor platforms is a major advantage
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, Strapi)
