Job Summary:
A dynamic tech-focused company in Nwaniba, Uyo is hiring a skilled Web Developer with strong frontend and backend capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing user-facing applications and backend infrastructure for web platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop fully functional web applications using modern frameworks
- Build and maintain backend APIs and database systems
- Ensure responsiveness and performance of web applications
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and project managers
- Conduct regular testing, debugging, and code reviews
- Maintain documentation and follow best practices in coding and security
Requirements:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, or Vue.js
- Backend experience using Node.js, PHP, Laravel, or Python (Django/Flask)
- Solid knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and version control (e.g., Git)
- Experience with deployment, server management, or cloud services is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Must be based in Uyo or willing to relocate
