Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
1. Attract funds into the organization.
2. Develop and execute marketing strategies and implementing new target market initiatives in order to attain the company’s sales and goals of the board and ensure that the organization meets the expectations of its clients and Board.
3. Set goals for the business and develop strategies to meet those goals including making presentations, trainings and attending conferences and industry events.
4. Drive the investment product sales in Goldenbridge by identifying high level investment prospects using initiative and creativity to generate inflow opportunities.
5. Research markets in local, regional, and international areas to determine potential marketing and sales campaign needs, develop the workforce and deepen investment product sales.
6. Interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.
7. Research and maintain data and information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing to Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
8. Oversee and ensure the development and implementation of an effective marketing and sales strategy to promote and sell the products, services and image of the Company in the wider community.
9. Develop and manage existing client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and communications.
10. Actively participate in the development of new business and networking opportunities
11. Work with the firm’s portfolio management team to incorporate clients’ investment strategies with their planning objectives.
12. Must demonstrate a commitment to extraordinary client service through professional excellence, the highest ethical standards, and the effective use of available resources.
13. Interview clients to determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, financial objectives, risk tolerance, or other information needed to develop a financial plan.
14. Monitor financial market trends to ensure that client plans are responsive.
15. Recommend environmentally responsible investments, such as, alternative energy, or conservation technologies, companies, or funds.
16. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and execute sales pitches, proposals and presentations.
17. Answer clients' questions about the purposes and details of financial plans and strategies.
18. Contact clients periodically to determine any changes in their financial status.
19. Perform other duties incidental to the job function.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in financial advisory services with demonstrated ability to develop and manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities
- A self-motivated, highly driven, and entrepreneurial personality
- Proven ability to network with prospective client and centres of influence
- Possess active listening and critical thinking skills
- Client first attitude
- A team player, with strong coaching and leadership skills
- Desire/ability to work successfully in an intimate, fast-growing, entrepreneurial company
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND from an accredited college or university
