The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment. Accommodation will be provided on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve meals and drinks promptly
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations
- Handle basic billing or payment processes if required
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Must be reliable, respectful, and willing to live on-site
