About Quidax
Quidax is Africa’s infrastructure layer for crypto. Building a growing ecosystem for over 7 years, we help individuals and institutions securely trade, store, and transfer crypto, fast and reliably. We are licensed, deeply rooted in the African market, and built for scale.
About the Role
Your mission is simple but high-stakes: Find and onboard crypto whales in Nigeria.
We define a VIP as anyone trading $1,000,000+ per month in spot trading volume. You’ll build and convert a pipeline of high-net-worth crypto-native traders, from outbound outreach to referral mining, and turn them into Quidax VIPs.
What You’ll Be Owning
Month 3:
Built a pipeline of at least 50 qualified leads (crypto-native, Nigeria-based, trading at least $500K/month).
Onboarded 3 new VIPs (minimum $1M in monthly volume per VIP).
Month 6:
Consistently closed 10 VIPs monthly, generating $10,000/month in gross revenue.
Achieved at least a 30% referral-sourced acquisition rate from your onboarded clients.
Month 12:
Be a top performer in the VIP sales pod.
A clear growth path to a Senior Sales Associate.
Biggest Challenges You’ll Tackle
Finding crypto whales in Nigeria and building your pipeline from the ground up.
Running bold, smart, and data-driven outbound outreach.
Turning cold leads into loyal VIPs by earning their trust and building key relationships
Working with the Business Development team to shape offers and fee deals that close deals and keep traders coming back.
Keeping your VIPs happy, trading, and sending new traders your way
Staying on top of your numbers — pipeline, close rates, revenue — and moving like someone who came to win.
Who We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in financial products or high-ticket sales (crypto or TradFi)
Track record of closing outbound sales and managing large deal pipelines
Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and value seller
Comfort with high-performance environments — you want to be the best
Self-starter who thrives without handholding
Bonus: Experience selling to or managing crypto traders or funds
Reporting Line
You’ll report to our VP of Business Development and work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Retention, Fiat Ops, and Customer Success teams to keep the VIP engine running smoothly.
