Job Summary
The Van Sales Representative is responsible for distributing the company’s products to retail shops, supermarkets, and wholesalers using a company-provided vehicle. The role involves driving sales within an assigned route, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the company van (manual mini-bus) to distribute and sell products on assigned routes.
- Drive the sales team to sales locations.
- Drive to perform business-required tasks such as moving raw materials or finished products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets and report performance to the sales supervisor.
- Ensure the van is well maintained, stocked, and clean.
- Collect customer payments and keep accurate sales records.
Requirements
- Must know how to drive a manual mini-bus (valid driver’s license required).
- Prior sales/field distribution experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, reliable, and target-driven.
- Resides in or willing to work in Uyo, Akwa Ibom.
Compensation
- ₦70,000 monthly salary (excluding attractive sales bonus).
