Job Description/Requirements
The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of a sales team within a specific business unit. This role involves recruitment, training, performance management, and achievement of individual and team sales targets. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a passion for sales, team development, and real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the unit’s sales executives.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales consultants under the unit.
Set monthly and quarterly sales goals for the unit and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular coaching and feedback to team members.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Represent the company at client meetings, property inspections, and promotional events.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for senior management.
Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain long-term client relationships.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competition.
