Position Summary:
We are hiring a Business Unit Head to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage collections, and lead a high-performance team. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader with strong expertise in B2B sales and financial performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
? Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales targets
Analyze market trends and customer behavior
Collaborate with marketing for impactful campaigns
? Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the sales team
Foster a goal-oriented, collaborative culture
? Collections Management
Ensure timely collections and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
Monitor receivables and provide performance reports
? Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong client relationships through regular visits
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
? Performance Reporting
Present sales and collections reports to senior management
Leverage data insights to drive business unit performance
? Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Identify and mitigate risks in sales and collections processes
Qualifications:
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales leadership or commercial roles
- Industry experience in B2B, refrigeration, or electronics preferred
- Proven track record in sales growth and collections improvement
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
