The Business Manager will lead the Asset Finance Business Unit, driving revenue growth, supervising Customer Relationship Officers, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves developing business strategies, managing team performance, and achieving sales targets to ensure business expansion. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the asset finance sector. Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain high-value clients. Structure and negotiate asset finance deals to meet revenue targets. Achieve a loan disbursement goal of NGN500 million quarterly through strategic client acquisition. Cross-sell financial products to maximize client value. 2. Team Management: Supervise and mentor Customer Relationship Officers to enhance performance and customer service. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with corporate customers, SME clients and stakeholders. Conduct periodic client visits to foster long-term relationships and improve retention. 4. Risk Management: Evaluate client creditworthiness and ensure financing decisions align with risk policies. Work closely with the risk team to structure financing solutions that minimize default risks. 5. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity. Monitor and manage a portfolio of financed assets to ensure healthy financial performance. Implement effective loan collection strategies to achieve a minimum of 95% collections month-on-month.
