Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn how to build and master new skills across various domains. This role is designed for those who are passionate about personal and professional growth, and who wish to understand the science and practice behind skill acquisition, learning strategies, and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in a structured program to learn the principles of skill acquisition (deliberate practice, feedback loops, mental models, etc.).
Set clear, measurable goals for skill mastery in selected areas (e.g., communication, technical tools, critical thinking, leadership).
Use guided resources, coaching sessions, and online tools to track learning progress.
Collaborate with mentors, coaches, or peers to practice and refine newly acquired skills.
Document and reflect on the learning process through journals, checklists, or progress reports.
Learn to evaluate skill proficiency using evidence-based metrics.
Support knowledge-sharing sessions or workshops by presenting lessons learned.

Some exposure to productivity tools, learning platforms, or self-directed learning.
