Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Builder located in Uyo. The responsibilities include managing construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to, supervising laborers and subcontractors, and coordinating with project managers and clients. The Site Builder will also be responsible for maintaining project schedules, ensuring materials are available, and conducting quality control checks. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to solve problems efficiently to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications

• Construction Management, Project Management, Site Supervision skills
• Knowledge of Safety Protocols and Quality Control measures
• Experience in coordinating with Laborers, Subcontractors, and Project Managers
• Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
