We’re looking for a Twitter-savvy Social Media Manager to take our brand presence to the next level—crafting engaging content, sparking meaningful conversations, and building a loyal community on Twitter. If you live and breathe tweets, threads, trends, and engagement strategies, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Twitter Strategy: Develop and execute a results-driven Twitter content and engagement plan aligned with company goals.
- Content Creation: Write compelling tweets, craft viral threads, and design attention-grabbing visuals or short videos.
- Community Engagement: Monitor replies, DMs, mentions, and hashtags—respond quickly to engage with followers and relevant conversations.
- Trendspotting: Stay ahead of Twitter trends, viral moments, and industry news to create timely and relevant content.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, CTR) and adjust strategy based on insights.
- Campaign Execution: Run targeted Twitter ad campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align Twitter activity with broader brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Social Listening: Monitor brand sentiment, competitor activity, and industry conversations to identify opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience managing and growing a personal or brand Twitter account.
- Strong copywriting skills with a knack for witty, concise, and engaging tweets.
- Understanding of Twitter algorithms, hashtags, and engagement best practices.
- Ability to create or oversee the creation of graphics and short-form videos.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in Twitter Analytics or social media analytics tools.
- Creative, fast-thinking, and able to adapt to trending moments in real time.
- Familiarity with scheduling and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, TweetDeck).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
