Bitsin Travels and Tours is a growing travel and tourism company dedicated to delivering exceptional travel experiences and personalized service. We specialize in leisure travel, corporate tours, adventure trips, inbound/outbound tourism], and we’re expanding our reach. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team and help scale our customer base and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners including travel agencies, corporates, hotels, and DMCs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and market expansion.
- Pitch customized travel packages to potential clients based on their requirements.
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional materials.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to generate leads.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the travel and tourism industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong network of industry contacts (travel agents, DMCs, corporates, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
